Your first appointment is a longer session, giving us the time and space to fully understand what is going on for you and to begin treatment straight away.

During this session we will:

• Discuss your main symptoms and how they affect your daily life

• Review your medical history, lifestyle, sleep, digestion, stress levels, and emotional wellbeing

• Assess patterns from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective

• Carry out your first acupuncture treatment, tailored specifically to you

This appointment sets the foundation for your care and allows your nervous system and body to begin responding straight away.
