About Our Acupuncture Treatment & Care Plans
Acupuncture is most effective when it is tailored to you - your symptoms, your health history, and how your body responds over time. Rather than offering one-off sessions, we recommend a short, structured course of care. This allows us to understand the root cause of your symptoms and support meaningful, lasting change.
For most new patients, this involves four sessions in total - an initial consultation and treatment, followed by three follow-up appointments.
