Hello, Learn to heal community
I’ve been quietly working on something for a while now… and it’s finally ready.
The very first episode of the Learn to Heal Podcast is live.
This episode is personal.
Before I ever trained in acupuncture, before I opened a clinic, before I supported hundreds of patients with IBS, fatigue, hormone imbalance and chronic illness, I was someone trying to understand my own body.
Years of IBS. Digestive chaos, endless cleanses.
Being told it was “just stress.”
What Chinese medicine gave me wasn’t just symptom relief.
It gave me a completely different way of seeing the body.
In this first episode, I share:
My journey from IBS to becoming an acupuncturist
What training in Chinese medicine really involves
Why we don’t separate emotions from digestion
Why chronic illness is never random
How I now see the body as an ecosystem, not a list of problems
If you’ve ever felt dismissed, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of recurring symptoms this conversation is for you.
This podcast is where I’ll be sharing deeper teachings on:
IBS
Chronic fatigue
Autoimmune patterns
Hormone shifts
Nervous system regulation
And how Chinese medicine views them all through a different lens
