What to expect from your acupuncture session with us
To get to the root cause of the problem, we’ll first undertake a full body assessment and discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing – from insomnia to anxiety.
You and your symptoms are unique. So we will mix different techniques into one session, providing a multifaceted approach. Your session may include: acupressure massage, reflexology points, and – our favourite secret weapon – essential oil blends.
After your treatment, advice will be provided on dietary and lifestyle changes, so you can make the most of your session and reap the benefits outside the clinic. We can support you with stress management strategies and improving sleep.
Acupuncture works best as a course of treatments. Start with an initial consultation, and we can then advise you about ongoing treatment, based on your current symptoms.
